WDHIY Episode 31 - Mario Day, The Big Arch, and A Week of Disappointment

This week the boys open things up with a discussion on Mar10 Day and how it generally means disappointment, but use that to springboard into a discussion of the games that first made a big impression in their lives. Not the first games they remember playing, but the ones that ensured this was going to be a lifelong hobby.

Wyatt discusses his first foray into the world of McDonalds in almost a decade, reviewing the much discussed and hyped Big Arch.  This of course leads to discussions of hype, the state of fast food, and why so many businesses require an app to get the "real price".

Backlog Buster Brothers brings with it Nick's first foray into the world of Pokemon, with Let's Go Pikachu; while Wyatt gushes over the early hours he's spent with the brand new Slay the Spire 2 on Steam Early Access.

Things wrap up with a joint review of the Will Arnett and Laura Dern Dramedy Is This Thing On?  The guy's discuss whether this is a new grown-up version of the more classic divorce fallout story we've come to know in movies.

Assignments for next week are Wyatt on the not-an-indie hit, Dave the Diver, and Nick is watching the new Ted Danson series from Netflix.
