WDHIY Episode 31 - Mario Day, The Big Arch, and A Week of Disappointment

 This week the boys open things up with a discussion on Mar10 Day and how it generally means disappointment, but use that to springboard into a discussion of the games that first made a big impression in their lives. Episode 30 - Childhood Movies, Dungeon Crawler Carl Pinball, and Nick learns Pokemon

  This week the boys enter things with the best of intentions, and as is tradition, quickly get sidetracked.   Nick opens things with a discussion about force feeding his 9 year old media from his 80s and 90s childhood after several weeks of showing his son the classics of John Candy. Wyatt provides mini-Nick with some homework of his own.    The boys discuss the new Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green releases on Nintendo Switch, debating the package value, what it means to be a Pokemon fan in 2026, and how Nick has never played a title in the series.    Excitement is booming for the boys and their recently discovered love for all things Dungeon Crawler Carl. Fans of the series have plenty to be excited about as a new TTRPG, TV series, and pinball machine have all been announced.
